Elizabeth is a second-year student trustee for the Sudbury Catholic District School Board.  This year, Elizabeth plans to organize a student senate for the SCDSB in order to represent all students effectively at the board table.  She is a grade twelve student at Marymount Academy, a small all-girls school in Northern Ontario.  At Marymount, she is involved in academics and athletics.

 

A hockey player, peer tutor and volunteer, Elizabeth is also involved in her parish community.  Elizabeth is a committed volunteer at her local hospital and works as a peer-leader for the volunteer program.  Elizabeth is the recipient of several proficiency awards along with the CPCO award for Leadership. 

 

Among her other interests, Elizabeth enjoys writing.  She has written four novels and is currently seeking publishing opportunities.  Elizabeth hopes to study English in university and pursue a career in law.
